Our items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the product begins to be made.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us. Take pictures and email us. We will do what we can to make things right.
When will I get my order?
Each item is made after the purchase is completed. So we ask that you please allow 3-5 Business days before your item ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Free shipping is available for all orders over $75.
